Refunds:
Shipping charges are not refundable. All non-defective products returned to PipingPro.com for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee may be charged on the base of current price. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. If part was custom built to customers specs, to a certain (subjective) extent, customer will be refunded minus materials cost used to build the part. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion or special the actual cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Policy:
Check all local and federal laws before ordering. Many aftermarket parts are made for off-road use only and may also void your automobile manufacturer's warrantee. This is the standard among the automotive aftermarket industry.
Delivery Schedule:
All packages typically ship the same week. We ship 5 days a week. However, please allow AT LEAST one(1) week after payment (not including weekends) for the package to be shipped in case there are any delays.
PayPal Unconfirmed Addresses:
If a PayPal payment is received from an Unconfirmed Address, we will request certain documents regarding the order and personal information. This is solely done for fraud prevention and verification purposes. Please e-mail us for any further information or questions regarding PayPal Unconfirmed Addresses.
Warranty Agreement:
All merchandise leaves our warehouse properly packaged and in perfect condition. Merchandise signed for/dropped off is assumed delivered and no shortage claims will be considered unless noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. Upon your receiving, please inspect your package immediately in the presence of the delivery person. All damage claims must be made with the freight carrier, PipingPro is NOT liable for any damage incurred in transit.
We are not liable for any personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product or service we manufacture or sell. This exclusion applies, but is not limited to, the following items: Incidental and consequential damages, property damage or personal injury damages; Labor, transportation or other incidental or consequential charges; Storage or rental-car charges.
Each of the following is excluded from this Warranty Agreement: Parts altered, modified, or used in unintended applications; Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs or maintenance (including consequential damage); Labor, including diagnostic charges to determine failure and to remove or replace warranted parts; Normal wear and tear.
If one of the parts that we manufacture fails under normal use within 90 days of the purchase date, it is covered under warranty. Warranty returns, at your option, will be replaced or credited to the original account. No replacement or credit will be issued until original is returned. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
